Sumario: Low vision affects a large group of the world´s population, and in considerable way young children. Significantly, this condition imposes severe disadvantages in their relationship with the environment interfering in learning that leads to integral development. Also, this condition is aggravated when the visual deficit is associated with other deficits; as a result, the child develops very particular educational needs, to which specific resources and support mechanisms do not always respond efficiently. This research claims to provide solutions to this problem and a specific way to visual stimulation. A mechanism that has a positive impact on the functional independence of the child; from this perspective, the design and implementation of software of visual stimulation for children from 0 to 6 years old with visual deficits associated with other disabilities has been raised, and proposed to "Angélica Flores Zambrano," a specialized school. The children who after three months of using the program have showed better rates of achievement of objectives; likewise, the results are evident in more autonomous and functional performance. ICT (Information and Communications Technology) for their features can provide students with disabilities a number of opportunities. Therefore, it becomes essential that their benefits are incorporated in education for this population.
