This paper aims to conduct a thorough assessment of the process of external provision of sub IESS Health Quito; for this, we must know, understand such institution. To develop the IESS, the Superintendency of Banks and insurance within its mission, has as one of its principles: "Consolodar a system of social security and pension savings to ensure the welfare of the insured." The external network of medical providers, operating since 2003 are 277 units outpatient, inpatient, diagnostic and professionals who put their private offices to service members. |
