Sumario: In the canton of El Carmen, specifically in the area of La Crespa, there are producers prestiños and a variety of sweets, unfortunately they are not well known because they are far from the village and are only visited by tourists passing by the road, which does not allow them to improve the quality and increase production to increase their income. The main objective, to make our project is to determine the feasibility for improving associative prestiños production and distribution in the city of Quito, through a clearinghouse that allows us to group the products of different vendors, improving their presentation and distribute them to the capital.
