At the Salesian Polytechnic University of Quito, which is an institution that
provides services in the field of higher education, the project "Implementation of an action
plan based on the results of the 2015 performance evaluation for the administrative staff
of The Polytechnic University Salesian headquarters Quito", which was born from the
results of the performance evaluation process 2015 and from the great interest of the
institution for the development and professional growth of its collaborators.
The training program for administrative staff was then developed; According to
Chiavenato (2009), training consists of transmitting specific knowledge, whether related
to work, attitudes towards aspects of the organization, the task or the environment, as well
as the timely development of skills and competencies. Project was aimed at updating
knowledge and skills in addition to fostering the development and professional growth of
them.
The training program described has been implemented since the diagnostic phase,
execution and finally its evaluation, for which a series of tools have been used that have
been able to gather vital information for the development of the same, with the
participation of 136 Collaborating in administrative areas that were assigned to the courses
proposed: Office and General Writing and Advanced Excel.
Through the project, the professional development of the collaborator was promoted and
it was evident that the Institution was interested in generating positive changes within the
labor and personal sphere. |
