This process of systematization of an intervention, aims to retrieve the experiences
lived during the trainings conducted with families of young people / adults with
intellectual disabilities in Employment Centers of “Fundación General Ecuatoriana”.
Both for intervention, as systematization, they worked from the Systemic Approach
and the communication model. It was considered a relevant category, the change in
family dynamics from an individual, family and institutional reflection.
Relevant learning emerged linked to the impact of disability on family dynamics,
roles and functions in family structure; difficulties surrounding the level of
interaction with other interrelation ship systems as the institution, coworkers and
family. |
