The general objective of the investigation was to elaborate an Improvement Plan
that contributes to increase the labor satisfaction of the workers of the General
Direction of the Civil Registry, Identification and Cedulation of the agency San Blas.
In the implementation of the Plan, some positive and negative experiences
expressed by the staff of the Institution as result of the proposed changes. These
novelties presented in the present titling work, whose objective was to systematize the
experiences found. Either these practices will serve to feed back into a future project,
from the same institution or from another that, the author deems necessary to apply.
In design of the project, the investigator considered the application of surveys to
know the degree of job satisfaction and the performance of the workers of the
institution, and in the implementation were held meetings, workshops, and talks to
motivate the staff.
Product of the implementation process of the Improvement Plan, workers were able
to express their satisfaction or dislike with the proposed changes, situations that
become the experiences manifested in this work.
In conclusion, a good working climate favors the satisfaction of workers and an
efficient performance, which translates into greater productivity for the Institution |
