Sumario: A compression refrigeration system has been designed and built for vaccine preservation, in order to avoid missing physic-chemical properties due do not have suitable places for storage , it is also important to mention that in the medical field, it has not places with enough capacity to hold large amounts of on demand by increasing the population in our country. The project consists four chapters; the first one concerns the theoretical framework in which aspects such as are described: the importance of conservation of vaccines, vaccine types, handling and processing of vaccines, principle cooling. The second chapter describes; calculation and camera design, analysis and selection of alternatives. The third chapter describes; the construction of the camera, which considers all system data to select materials. Chapter four values indicated by the details of costs generated in the system design, among which we can mention: the costs: in modular panels, accessories, filter elements, valves, compressor, materials and supplies, labor, design and system engineering and finally the total project cost
