Sumario: Innovation and constant change within companies must go hand in hand with global dynamics, human resources being the central axis in organizations, it is necessary that processes in the areas of human talent improve and adapt to what the Society and economy. Being the selection process the main base of talent entry for different companies, it is necessary to be updated and able to meet the expectations of the company based on saving time and costs without losing the potential of new hires, skills and knowledge. The company where this work was carried out, being a producer and marketer of oil services, was affected by the crises as of 2015, so the redesign of the selection process was executed in order to maintain the quality of the process at a lower cost And time, the steps of this procedure are embodied in the present work, obtaining an effective and reliable process that ensures the recruitment and selection more reliable and suitable for the company.
