Sumario: This research is part of the line of research: Education and Culture, under the macroproject "Pedagogical Strategies for a Dialogical and Inclusive Education", of La Salle University Masters in Teaching, extension Yopal. Thus, the research was performed in a population of 66 teachers, 1670 students, 3 administrative staffs and 800 parents, with the objective to establish dialogic and inclusive strategies to improve school coexistence in the Megacolegio El Progreso school, from Yopal, Casanare. This project assumes a qualitative paradigm, an approach critical-social under the research-action method. The observation, survey and documentary analysis were chosen as reliable, and they allowed to evidence gradual transformations in teachers practices, parents and students to have harmonious and democratic coexistence. The findings were focused on relations centered on aggression and ignorance to others and the incidences of the dialogical and inclusive strategies of pedagogical tertulia and experiential workshop as promoters of school coexistence. The research identified transformations in pedagogical practices when dialogue and democratic participation are part of the school dynamics, so, the reflection given by theory and the contrast of ideas in an equal dialogue. The prospective is to continue with the planning, execution and evaluation of the dialogical and inclusive strategies through the leadership of the co-researchers.
