When analyzing systematization, based on the application of experiences and lessons
acquired, an exhaustive analysis was conducted to know what the needs of
PROVEMADERA S.A. could be which stated that work was needed on the measuring
process of the labor atmosphere in the administrative. In order to start measurement,
observation method was used, in order to verify factors and those questions that shall
be a part of the survey on the labor atmosphere, applied to the administrative area.
Afterwards, answers provided to questioning involved people, were tabulated.
In accordance to surveys tabulation, there are three factors impacting the company:
Motivation, Remuneration and Leadership. Such factors shall be used as a base to
design Enhancement Plans, to be applied and enforced in the terms contained in
therein.
Results of surveys applied to involved people were submitted, which should be a part
of matrixes for the Enhancement Plan, in order to provide solutions and improve
above-referred factors. Finally, results and work plans were submitted to the General
Management, which were accepted and implemented them. |
