Sumario: This research is about "how and in what way the Cayambe GADIP strengthens intercultural bilingual education in the territory and what is the teacher's role in strengthening intercultural bilingual CIBV New Dawn in Canton Cayambe, Pichincha province." And besides, Intercultural conceptualized by different forms of community thinking. Intercultural bilingual education over time has become increasingly involved, through education, community, being considered as a collective right of Indigenous Peoples and Nationalities of Ecuador. This research determines the contribution that GADIP provides for strengthening and teacher performance in this school, through library research and interviews with actors of the educational process primary sources. Consider that Ecuador is a multilingual, multinational and intercultural country, made up of ethnic groups, indigenous peoples and nationalities, each with cultural characteristics and languages, systems and modalities of bilingual intercultural education according to the needs of its population, in this sense the research is based on three chapters developed a simple and consistent serving the school under study, direct and indirect beneficiaries so as well as people interested in reading.
