Understanding the communication development as a model which facilitates the planning of proposals that contribute to the development of a society, we have seen the need for a communication plan for the Gobierno Parroquial of San José de Minas; with the diagnosis to make we identify what are the problems and to provide solutions that allow an improvement in communication and use it as a tool to disseminate the efforts undertaken by the Government for the benefit of the community.
The inhabitants of San José de Minas understand communication only as transportation but not as a broadcast medium so the change that idea in people is the biggest challenge and thus be able to turn in the conceptualization of communication understood as a process of transmitting ideas and information.
One of the strategies to achieve our goal; will be for institutional diagnosis has been handled as the image of the institution and implement a web page that receive suggestions from people residents.
Conduct information campaigns where the work of the Parish Government is known; create communication systems, in this case a community radio station, which is likewise report and proposals receive interested citizen and something that is extremely important is the interaction of the population, this will be done by implementing workshops where issues are addressed interest and share suggestions and concerns; this focused on the welfare of the whole society of San José de Minas. |
