Sumario: The present work is a proposed methodological in which is presented strategies didactic for develop the Compression Oral and written in Education General Basic-EGB-, sub level high school. The purpose of this proposed methodological is Orient, through strategies, to them teaching to stimulate the block of understanding oral, taking in has that this covers the expression oral and it listens. Real, fun and activities significant taking into account the age, the child's interests and the context have been raised. Also is have selected contained conceptual as it conversation, the narration, the exhibition, the recitation, dramatization, them elements paralinguistics and it awareness linguistic, as well as them technical of the game dramatic, the improvisation, the dialogue and it representation. The problem of research lies in the lack of implementation of instructional strategies for the development of the skills of speaking and listening in high school. The work is structured in the following manner: theoretical framework that includes content related to the topics of oral expression, listening comprehension, linguistic awareness, high school curriculum, in the area of language and strategies; subsequently arise 5 methodological strategies following the model of planning prepared by Cecilia Bixio and finally raised conclusions and recommendations.
